How to Get to Playa d'en Repic

Getting to Playa d'en Repic is part of the adventure and charm of the area, as Port de Sóller itself is a destination worth exploring. We have tried several options and they all have their magic. The most common way for most is, of course, by car. From Palma, the journey takes about 30-40 minutes via the Ma-11, which goes through the famous Sóller tunnel (toll, although there is an alternative road over the Coll de Sóller that offers impressive views, but is slower and more winding). Once in Sóller, we follow the signs to Port de Sóller. Playa d'en Repic is located at the end of the promenade, in the quietest and most residential area of the port.

By Car and Parking

If we choose the car, we will find paid parking areas along the Port de Sóller promenade. It is important to consider that, especially in high season (July and August), it can be a bit tricky to find a spot, so we recommend arriving early. There are underground car parks and regulated parking zones. From the parking, it's a pleasant walk to the beach, enjoying the views of the bay and the restaurants.

Public Transport: The Sóller Train and Tram

For us, one of the most picturesque and recommended ways to get there is by combining the historic Sóller Train with the tram. The train, with its early 20th-century charm, connects Palma with Sóller through valleys and tunnels, offering an unforgettable journey. Once in the town of Sóller, you can take the old Sóller tram, which takes us directly to Port de Sóller. The final tram stop is very close to Playa d'en Repic, making it a convenient option and, above all, a tourist experience in itself. It's a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere without worrying about the car.

Bus

There are also regular bus lines connecting Sóller with Palma and other nearby towns, as well as a local line linking Sóller town with Port de Sóller. Although less picturesque than the tram, it is a practical and economical alternative for those who prefer not to drive.
