How to Get to Playa de Fnideq

If we are coming from Spain, crossing the border at Ceuta and driving a few kilometers south is the most direct option. The road is in good condition and well signposted. Cities like Tangier are also well connected by highway, making the trip comfortable and fast. Parking in the beach area is usually ample, although in high season it may be necessary to search with a bit more patience.

By Public Transport

From Tetouan, we can take a shared taxi ('grand taxi') or a local bus that will drop us off directly in Fnideq. It is an economical option and allows us to mingle with the local people, an experience we always recommend. From other more distant cities, we would first get to Tetouan by bus or train, and from there make the transfer.

By Plane

The nearest airports are Tetouan – Saniat Ramel (TTU), about 25 km away, and Tangier – Ibn Battuta Airport (TNG), about 80 km away. Both receive domestic and international flights, and from there we can take a taxi or rent a car to reach our destination.
