By Plane

The nearest airport is Nador Al-Aroui International Airport (NDR), which receives domestic and international flights, mainly from Europe. Once at the airport, the beach and Nador city center are about 20-30 minutes away by car. Taxis are available offering fixed or negotiable rates.

By Train

Nador has a train station, Nador Ville Station, which connects the city with other major Moroccan cities like Fez, Rabat, or Casablanca. It's a comfortable and scenic option for those who enjoy overland travel. From the station, a short taxi ride will take us directly to the beach area.

By Car

If we prefer the freedom of our own vehicle, we can reach Nador by road. The city is well-connected to the national highway and road network. From inland Morocco, the N19 is the main access route. If we're coming from nearby Melilla (Spain), the journey is very short and direct. The Marchica Med project has developed excellent road infrastructure around the lagoon, facilitating access to the different beach areas and parking.

The Sand and Water

Playa de Marchica surprises us with a perfect combination of natural elements that make it especially attractive. The sand here is golden and fine, very pleasant to the touch and perfect for walking barefoot or for children to build their sandcastles. Its consistency is ideal for spreading out a towel and enjoying long hours under the Moroccan sun.
