How to Get to Playa de Oum Labouir

Getting to Playa de Oum Labouir is part of the adventure. The beach is located about 25-30 kilometers south of the city of Dajla, on the same peninsula. The most common way to access it is by road. From the center of Dajla, we take the national road N1 heading south. The journey is relatively straightforward and well signposted to the area of the main kitesurf camps, which are the reference points for accessing the beach.

Transportation Options

• Rental Car: This is the most flexible and recommended option. You can move at your own pace and explore the surroundings. Although the main road to the camps is paved, if you wish to explore more remote areas of the beach or access specific points outside the camps, a 4x4 vehicle can be very helpful, especially if you venture onto sand tracks. However, for basic access to the beach and the main centers, a regular car is sufficient.
• Taxi: You can negotiate with a taxi in Dajla to take you to the beach. It's important to agree on the price and, if you plan to spend the day, the pickup time or a contact number for them to come back for you, as there are no taxis constantly waiting at the beach.
• Transport from the Camps: Many of the kitesurfing and windsurfing centers located in the area offer transportation service to and from Dajla airport or the city, which is very convenient if you are staying at one of them.
