Once in Ermoupoli, the distance to Vari is approximately 8-10 kilometers, a journey that can be made in several ways:

• By rental car: It is, without a doubt, the most comfortable option and gives us the freedom to explore the island at our own pace. There are several car rental companies in Ermoupoli and at Syros airport.
• By local bus: There is a regular bus service connecting Ermoupoli with the main beaches and villages of the island, including Vari. Schedules are usually frequent during the high season.
• By taxi: A quick and direct option, although somewhat more expensive. Taxis are available at the port of Ermoupoli and at various points in the city.
• By motorbike or quad: For the more adventurous, renting a motorbike or a quad is a fun way to get around the island, enjoying the panoramic views on the way to Playa de Vari.
