How to get to Playa de Parisaina

From Chorefto

Once in Chorefto, Playa de Parisaina is mainly accessible on foot. There is a coastal path that connects both beaches. The walk is relatively short, about 15 to 20 minutes, and offers spectacular views of the Aegean Sea. The path can be a bit uneven in some sections, so we advise wearing comfortable footwear, such as sturdy sandals or sneakers. It is not a difficult trail, but it is natural enough to feel like you are entering a pristine landscape.

By car

Although the beach does not have direct car access to the sand itself, it is possible to park in Chorefto or around the access points to the path leading to Parisaina. We recommend arriving early, especially in high season, to find a good parking spot. From there, the rest of the journey will be on foot. The roads of Pilion, although scenic, can be narrow and winding, so driving should always be done with caution.

Public transport

Public transport in Pilion is mainly based on intercity buses (KTEL) that connect Volos with the main villages of the peninsula. It is possible to take a bus from Volos to Chorefto.
