We always recommend arriving early to secure a good place. There are also bus connections that will drop you off a short distance away, facilitating access for those who prefer public transport. The good connection makes it a very accessible beach in Girona.

This is, without a doubt, the high season. If you're looking for the most vibrant atmosphere, all services running at full capacity and the guarantee of warm, sunny weather to make the most of swimming, summer is your time. However, you should be prepared for the beach to be more crowded, especially on weekends. For us, the energy of summer is contagious, but if you prefer more tranquillity, perhaps you should consider other options.

Spring (April, May) and Autumn (late September, October)

For those who yearn for a more serene atmosphere and pleasant temperatures without the summer crowds, spring and autumn are the ideal seasons. The days are usually sunny, the water temperatures still allow for swimming (especially in September) and the cove regains a calm that invites relaxation.
