How to Get to Playa del Cerezo

Getting to Playa del Cerezo is quite straightforward, thanks to its excellent location in the province of Castellón. We always recommend planning your trip to make the most of it from the very first moment.

By Car

• From Valencia: Simply take the AP-7 towards Castellón or the N-340. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
• From Castellón de la Plana: Also via the AP-7 or the N-340 towards Valencia, the trip takes about 20-25 minutes.
• From other cities: The AP-7 is the backbone connecting Chilches with the rest of the Mediterranean coast. Once in Chilches, the signage to the beach is clear and easy to follow. There are ample free parking areas near the beach, which is a great advantage, especially during the high season.

By Train

Chilches has a train station (Chilches-Almenara) that is part of the C-6 Valencia Commuter line. This line connects Valencia with Castellón, stopping at numerous coastal towns. It's an eco-friendly and relaxing option, ideal if you don't want to worry about parking. From the station, the beach is a 15-20 minute walk away, or you can take a local taxi.

By Bus
