From the A-48 or the AP-4, you just need to follow the signs to San Fernando and then to the beach area or the nearby Pinar de La Barrosa.

Also, if you're coming from the city of Cadiz, you can take an intercity bus or even the local train to San Fernando station and from there take an urban bus or a taxi.
