From the Center of Alicante

If we are in the heart of the city, in the area of the Explanada de España or the port, we can comfortably reach the beach on foot. A pleasant walk of just five to ten minutes will take us directly to the sand, following the promenade. This is, without a doubt, the most recommended option to soak up the Alicante atmosphere before diving into the Mediterranean.

By Public Transport

Alicante has an excellent public transport network that facilitates access to the beach. Several urban bus lines have stops very close to Postiguet, such as lines 02, 05, 13, 21, and 22, among others. We simply need to check the line that best suits our starting point. Furthermore, the TRAM (metropolitan tram) also has a stop, 'Porta del Mar', just a few meters from the beach, making it perfectly accessible from other coastal towns or the city's outskirts.
