How to Get to Cala Palmera

Getting to our beloved Cala Palmera is part of the adventure and, at the same time, a simple task if we know how. Located in the municipality of Alicante, this cove is in a residential area, which gives it a more local and tranquil atmosphere.

By Car

The most comfortable option for most is, without a doubt, the car. From the center of Alicante, we'll take Avenida de Dénia (N-332) towards the Cabo de las Huertas or San Juan Playa area. Then, we'll follow the signs to the coves in the area. GPS will be your best ally for locating the streets near Cala Palmera. Once nearby, you'll find parking on the adjacent streets. However, keep in mind that during high season or on weekends, parking can be a bit more challenging, so we recommend going early.

By Public Transport

If you prefer public transport, you can take the Alicante urban bus (lines 9 or 21, for example) which will drop you off near the coves area of Cabo de las Huertas. From the stop, you'll have to walk a few minutes to reach the cove. It's a pleasant walk that will allow you to enjoy the surroundings before diving into its waters.
